Wildwood Manor is a unique retirement setting that provides spacious, clean and affordable housing.  Our three-story building contains 40-apartments designed for senior citizens, 62 years and older, and mobility impaired persons, 18 years and older, who seek a carefree and low maintenance living lifestyle.

If or when you need it, Unity Medical Center is just three miles away, providing in-patient and outpatient care, and a skilled nursing facility.

When qualifying for the affordable housing subsidy program, residents pay only 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and the Federal Government pays the remainder.

To determine eligibility for residency, you must be at least 62 years of age or require the features of a mobility impaired apartment, and meet the annual income requirements set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  Current income guidelines published by HUD are effective March 28, 2016: 

  Extremely Low Income 

•   1 Person $18,050  
•   2 Persons $20,600 

  Very Low Income 

•   1 Person $30,050
•   2 Persons $34,350

A person is considered capable of living at Wildwood Manor if he/she is able to manage his/her own affairs or self acquired services, and handle the activities of daily living.

Wildwood Manor is owned and operated by Wildwood Manor, Inc., a  tax-exempt non-profit organization.  Management is provided by Ebenezer Management Services, which has provided quality adult services for over 95 years.
