Valley View Senior Cooperative of Eden Prairie is a senior housing cooperative for the active and independent 55 year-old (or better) lifestyle. As a community age 55 and over, we have found a fantastic way to enjoy life while maintaining homeownership benefits and enhanced personal freedom. It is called a Senior Cooperative.
