Thomas T. Feeney Manor is a four-story 48 one-bedroom unit development specifically designed for seniors needing enhanced assisted living or memory care assistance.

Thomas T. Feeney Manor is located in Heritage Park in Near north Minneapolis and is part of a newly developed senior campus that includes Heritage Park Senior Services Center and MPHA’s 102-unit senior housing development, Heritage Commons at Pond’s Edge.

Thomas T. Feeney Manor incorporates ‘green’ technologies with building designs that respond to the unique needs of this vulnerable population.

The campus was created to address a pressing need in our community. Most low-income older adults in senior living communities have little hope of getting regular exercise, nutritious meals, access to on-site physicians, exercise in a therapy pool and adult day services with enriching activities. Yet, this is exactly what older adults with low incomes can find at Heritage Park Senior Services Campus.
