The Wellington team is dedicated to providing an environment of comfort and dignity. A variety of services from restaurant style dining and housekeeping to a full array of social activities is available. Healthcare professionals, including a licensed nursing staff and certified home health aides that are trained, dedicated and available to meet the needs of older adults.

Independent Living

Spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes with full kitchen and bath are available, including the following:

• Utilities: heat, water, electric, sewer and trash
• 30/31 meals per month included – you choose the meals you want!
• Nurse call system with on-site response from home health aides 24/7
• Daily snack and coffee bar served in the atrium
• Weekly light housekeeping
• Complimentary laundry facilities available on each floor
• Scheduled transportation shuttle to local area shopping and community centers is available five days a week in a comfortable and accessible bus owned and operated by StuartCo
• Full activity program 7 days per week
• On-site social worker to assist with resource needs for residents and families to help maximize the highest quality of life
• Concierge desk staffed 6 am – 10 pm daily and overnight availability
• Controlled access building entrances
• Maintenance services on-site with 24 hour emergency response
• Notary, fax, and copy services
• Pets welcome (restrictions apply)

Assisted Living

Assisted Living includes a spacious apartment with full kitchen and bath, as well as the following:

• Three meals per day in a beautiful dining room setting
• Daily snack served in the living area in the atrium
• Weekly housekeeping (up to 30 minutes for a one bedroom or one hour for a two bedroom)
• Heat, water, sewer, trash and electric
• Nurse call system with on-site response from home health aides 24/7
• Case management by experienced RN
• One shower per week or medication set-up of three pills or less, or one safety check per day
• Full recreational program including outings
• Scheduled transportation shuttle to local area shopping and community centers is available five days a week in a comfortable and accessible bus owned and operated by StuartCo
• Monthly Wellness Clinic
• Complimentary laundry facilities
• On-site social worker to assist with resource needs for residents and families to help maximize the highest quality of life
• Full-time maintenance services with 24-hour emergency response

Care Suites

The Wellington Care Suites offer services to those residents who need more care and attention than can be provided in an apartment setting.

The Care Suite provides a home-like atmosphere with tasteful décor for up to ten residents. Services include the attention of our RNs, LPNs, social worker, recreation staff and 24-hour Certified Home Health Aides. Besides the personalized one-on-one attention provided, Care Suite residents are encouraged to use all areas of our beautiful building, including our main dining room, recreational and common areas. Families and guests are always welcome.

A Care Suite stay can be short or long-term, based on the desire and needs of the resident.
