Assisted Living

The Pines services for assisted living residents include a comprehensive health and wellness program. Each resident will receive overall wellness services including monitoring blood pressure, vital signs and weight.

Your health information is maintained and updated by licensed nurses to assure appropriate care. Nurses will coordinate your care with your physician for follow-ups and advise on medications and care. Home health staff are on site 24 hours every day, with licensed nurses available as well.

Care Suites

When advanced assisted living services are needed, The Pines Care Suites provide reassuring 24-hour continuous personal care in an residential setting. Residents enjoy a private care suite, three delicious meals served daily in the Care Suites dining room, housekeeping, laundry and a full schedule of enriching activities.

Together, the resident, family and nurses develop a personalized health service plan. All-inclusive services may include bathroom assistance, medication set-up and administration, wound care, foot care, assistance with eating, ostomy care and other daily living needs. Regular nurse assessments will ensure services are added as needs change. Care Suites welcome individuals requiring the comforts of hospice care as well.
