The Bluffs of Lake City is built adjacent to and collaborates with Mayo Clinic Health System in Lake City, providing a convenient link for residents to go over for appointments and health care.

Independent Living

The Bluffs of Lake City Senior Living, located in historic Lake City, offers apartment homes furnished with full kitchens and amenities to suit your lifestyle, without the worries of household maintenance or landscaping.  We ensure you are able to live comfortably and age in place, with the option of assisted living services that can come right to your home, should the need arise.  Our independent rentals, studios, one and two bedroom apartments, come in a variety of floor plans. The Bluffs will also host a selection of activities and enriching services to help improve mental health, maintain physical strength and provide opportunities for socializing.

Assisted Living

Senior Living at The Bluffs of Lake City offers adults age 55 and better the full spectrum of care, including beautiful assisted living apartments with individualized care plans.  Assisted living apartment homes offer support services that include extra assistance with housekeeping, daily activities, medication reminders, laundry and personalized health care plans that recognize seniors’ individuality.  Residents may choose from a variety of assisted living apartments with floor plans and amenities specifically designed to make day-to-day senior living more comfortable and convenient. Our apartment homes come in a variety of sizes, from studios to one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans.

Memory Care

A designated area of our community is dedicated to the care of those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. In our Memory Care, we offer private studio apartments and individualized services. Our Memory Care neighborhood was specifically designed to accommodate those who wander or become easily disoriented, and provide residents with comfort, tranquility and a sense of familiarity. We offer choices for personal care, as well as medical services, that cater to the total wellbeing of your loved one.

Our Bluffs Memory Care residents and family members participate in Ebenezer’s Dimensions Program funded by a grant from the Minnesota Department of Health. Ebenezer’s Dementia Care Program Coordinator oversees this unique person-centered dementia care program. Our focus is that Bluffs residents who are living with memory loss received exceptional, compassionate care based on current best practices.
