Independent Living

• Individually controlled heating and air conditioning

• Individual patio or balcony located in each apartment
• Utilities – heat and garbage
• Safety check once a day
• Monthly wellness check by RN
• Full use of all common amenities
• Garage (additional fee, limited)

Assisted Living

Our a la carte service package enables residents to choose only the services they require when they need the service. This allows the resident to keep their costs as low as possible for as long as possible. It is another way we offer choices to our residents. All services that you would find in a typical assisted living community are offered here and residents choose those services as they are needed. Health related services are based on a personalized assessment done prior to move-in and on an ongoing basis.

These services are assessed by our Registered Nurse with the resident and family members. Residents only pay for the services they specifically need.

Memory Care

One of the best advantages of living in our community is the care of our residents and the support we give to their families. Supportive services are available 24 hours a day, to meet scheduled and unscheduled needs, in a way that promotes maximum dignity and independence for each resident and involves the resident’s family, neighbors, and friends.

Temperance Lake Ridge understands the special needs of those with memory loss. Our 14-suite memory care neighborhood is just the right size enabling our designated caregivers the opportunity to get to know and understand each of our residents personally and compassionately. We understand the uniqueness of each resident and what creating special days for them truly means.
