We are an Assisted Living facility located in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota. We offer 43 private, full-sized apartments with amenities and the option of choosing from a wide range of additional personal services to accommodate your needs. We also have 14 Enhanced Services apartments, designed for those with dementia and increasing needs.

Memory Care – Prairie Ridge offers these Services:

One bedroom studio apartments
- Suite and Grand Suite styles
- Sink, microwave, full size refrigerator and lots of storage in the kitchen
- All utilities except phone services included in rent
3 nutritious meals per day
Emergency pendant system
24 hour awake, on-site staff
Room repair/maintenance for usual wear and tear
Arrangements for local transportation to medical appointments*(paid by tenant)
Planned daily activities with our Community Life Coordinator
Home health services tailored to each tenants need
