Realife Cooperative of Phalen Village is a secure community of 59 units for seniors 55+. This building is managed by a professional team that supplies a Resident Services Manager, a Maintenance Person, and a Housekeeper for the common areas.

Each member is encouraged to participate in the operation of the building according to their abilities and interests. We have a Board of Directors, elected from the membership, that makes many decisions based on input from committees or suggestions from the membership at large.
