We’re a 74-unit Assisted Living facility located on the Waite Park campus of the Sterling Park Senior community. This is the perfect location if you don’t want the continued burden of a home but want to live independently. A wide range of home care services is also available.

Park Gardens offers many services, conveniently available, to its tenants. Park Gardens is located close to retail shopping locations, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and department stores. Our friendly staff will be more than willing to assist you with your daily needs.

Participation in “I’m OK” safety check program
Reserved parking with electrical outlets
Laundry facility available on-site
Staff available 24-hours a day
