Each rental townhome comes fully equipped, offering private entrances, a private patio and a single-car, attached garage. Residents of Masonic Square enjoy maintenance-free living in an idyllic setting with a full range of amenities.

The assisted living apartments at Minnesota Masonic Home look out upon the tranquil grounds of our 80-acre campus. Residents may choose from a variety of studio and one-bedroom apartments designed to meet their changing needs. Here, we take a resident-guided approach to care that focuses on enhancing each resident’s ability to live as independently and comfortably as possible.

Assisted living apartments are equipped with kitchenettes, cable television, on-site laundry facilities, dining service (two meals per day), weekly housekeeping services and full use of the Minnesota Masonic Home common areas.

Skilled Nursing & Memory Care

Residents who require ongoing medical attention and skilled nursing care are welcome to enjoy the personalized attention and services of our Home.

For those who need daily skilled nursing and ongoing medical attention, Minnesota Masonic Home offers long-term and memory care services.

Our team of healthcare professionals evaluates each resident’s physical, psychological, nutritional, spiritual and emotional needs and develops a plan for appropriate, individualized care. The long-term care area features private suites with a 5-meal dining plan in one of our well-appointed dining rooms. Residents are encouraged to participate in any number of on-campus activities and community outings, and have access to the hair salon, music therapy and other site amenities.

It is particularly trying for loved ones and caregivers when Alzheimer’s or Dementia become part of a diagnosis. In addition to the health concerns associated with these conditions, entrusting a loved one in the care of someone else can be overwhelming.

The memory care wing of our Home offers private and semi-private rooms that have been designed for safety and comfort. The area provides a beautifully landscaped and enclosed courtyard with walking path, a hair salon and individualized attention to include a five-meal plan, personalized bathing program and recreational and musical therapy program.

Transitional Care

Whether you are healing from orthopedic or cardiac events, or require rehabilitation for stroke or surgery, our Transitional Care Unit is one of Minnesota’s best.

Our Home’s historic campus offers a 100-bed Transitional Care Unit (TCU) that accommodates seven-days-per-week therapy.

One of Minnesota’s finest transitional facilities, Minnesota Masonic Home’s TCU provides a healing environment with private or semi-private rooms and restaurant-style, extended-hours dining. And while our guests come for the exceptional care delivered by our nursing and therapy teams, they rave over our other amenities, including Town Square, on-site beautician, manicure and massage therapy services.

Our team of over 100 physical, occupational, speech and massage therapists provide comprehensive services in one of our five therapy gyms on campus.
