Assisted Living

Nestled in a beautiful, well-maintained neighborhood in Saint Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota, Gracewood of Highland Park is an assisted living community that specializes in memory care for people with dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease. The neighborhood’s tree-lined streets create a cozy, home-like environment and the nearby access for State Route 5 makes it easy for friends and family to visit the community’s residents.

The friendly staff performs resident safety checks every two hours, more if needed, to ensure residents are doing okay. They strive to provide residents with any assistance needed, while still allowing residents to make their own decisions and complete any tasks that they can on their own. The community is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, to make sure that all of the residents’ needs are taken care of and they are safe day and night.

In addition to caring for the community’s residents’ physical and medical needs, the staff encourages residents to come out of their apartments to participate in activities, meet new friends, and take advantage of some of the wonderful amenities that Gracewood of Highland Park has to offer.
