Summerhill of Apple Valley is a nonprofit cooperative corporation for senior living. Our cooperative was formed to allow adults, 55 years or older, to join together to own a facility where we live in a community with an easygoing lifestyle.
The cooperative lifestyle gives you the financial benefits of senior-housing ownership along with the freedom from home maintenance. Social and recreational activities are planned and run by the residents.
