A vital part of the lifestyle at Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley is the inviting community space which includes: grand entry, great room with fireside lounge and bar, creative arts studio, a chef’s kitchen with three distinctive restaurant areas, spa and beauty salon, state of the art fitness center, movie theater and guest suite.

Independent Living

At Ecumen Seasons at Apple Valley, you’ll enjoy recreational, educational and social opportunities, as well as a lifestyle of freedom, privacy and safety — all in a fully maintenance-free community. We offer 106 independent and assisted living residences, including one- and two-bedroom apartment homes ranging from 587 to 1,205 square feet. Each apartment features a full kitchen with regular-size appliances, 9-foot ceilings, window treatments, walk-in shower(s), ample storage, private balcony or patio (in most homes), washers, dryers and more.

Assisted Living

For those who need a little extra help with everyday tasks — now, or someday in the future — we offer just the right level of services. Options include in-home health care assistance and innovative HealthSense® technology, around-the-clock emergency response system and care from trained, professional caregivers. Further, your assisted living care plan is uniquely designed, based on input from you, your family and your physician — and you pay only for what you need, when you need it, as much or as little as you require.

Memory Care

For individuals living with memory loss or other cognitive disabling conditions, we offer a safe environment that accommodates a flexible routine and supports recognition of the familiar.  The services and amenities included in the Memory Care Suite monthly fee are:

•     Studio or one-bedroom apartment with private bath
•     Three meals per day with assistance, and snacks
•     Housekeeping, laundry and linen change as needed
•     24-hour on-site resident assistance staff
