Our newest senior cooperative in Roseville’s Central Park is near retail, restaurants, and health care. Rosedale Center is only a five minute drive away. Nature is close by, too, with access to Bennett Lake, Central Park, and the Nature Center.

Cooperatives are full-fledged communities, enabling you to form bonds and friendships as you wish. You have the option to participate in activities and programs and are encouraged to utilize your talents to benefit the co-op and participate in community decisions. Common areas, such as fitness rooms, libraries, and great rooms, are ideal places to meet and socialize with new neighbors.
